This Intellectual Property Policy describes how Nasanua and its users own, use, and protect intellectual property in connection with the platform and its services. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All content made available through the Nasanua platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video recordings, digital downloads, data compilations, course materials, and software, is the property of Nasanua or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of Nasanua and is protected by applicable copyright laws. All software used in connection with the platform is the property of Nasanua or its software suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks and Service Marks

The Nasanua name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Nasanua. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written permission of Nasanua. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the platform are the trademarks, service marks, or logos of their respective owners.

Nothing contained on the platform should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark displayed on the platform without the written permission of Nasanua or the relevant third-party owner.

3. Licences Granted to Users

3.1 Personal Use Licence

Subject to your compliance with this policy and the applicable terms of service, Nasanua grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3.2 Restrictions

This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform or its content for commercial purposes without express written consent from Nasanua
• Distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any content obtained from the platform
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the platform or its content
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar means to access, collect, or index platform content
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or platform without prior written authorisation

4. User-Submitted Content

4.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the platform, including comments, questions, assignments, and other materials you create and share.

4.2 Licence Granted to Nasanua

By submitting content to the platform, you grant Nasanua a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your submitted content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the platform and its services.

4.3 Representations and Warranties

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions to submit the content and to grant the licence described above
• Your content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• Your content complies with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations

5. Copyright Infringement and Takedown Procedure

5.1 Reporting Infringement

Nasanua respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated contact containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the platform, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement by you, made under penalty of applicable law, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf

5.2 Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated contact. Your counter-notice must include all information required by applicable law and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

5.3 Repeat Infringers

Nasanua reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party products, services, or content. Any third-party trademarks, service marks, product names, or logos appearing on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Nasanua does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and makes no representation that any third party has endorsed Nasanua or its services.

7. Open Source Components

Certain components of the platform may be distributed under open source licences. Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the terms of any applicable open source licence. Where open source components are used, the applicable licence terms govern your use of those components.

Any unauthorised use of the platform content or any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the platform, legal action seeking injunctive or other equitable relief, and claims for damages to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
